Prior to forming Farmingville Capital, Mr. Bradley has most recently served as an Officer of the NPD Group, leading the firm's Entertainment industry market research and analysis practice, working with all major record labels, most major Hollywood movie studios and virtually all major and secondary video game publishers and equipment manufacturers.

Prior to joining NPD, Mr. Bradley served as Chief Marketing Officer, and later as President & CEO of Revonet, a venture-backed leader in the field of "Performance Marketing," providing business to business sales leads and market intelligence through a unique, data-driven approach to lead generation.  Revonet's clients included Verizon, Microsoft, Covad, HP, Monster and Nortel Networks.

Prior to Revonet, Mr. Bradley was with Key Principal Partners, serving as one of two senior investment professionals managing a $125 million venture capital fund targeting later stage software and communications companies, as part of a broader $1.2 billion private equity fund backed primarily by Key Bank, the nation's 11th largest bank.  While at Key, Mr. Bradley led an early investment in, and served with the board of, the music recommendation company now called Pandora.

Notably, Mr. Bradley spent 12 years with Gartner, the world's leading authority on information technology, where he was a corporate officer and served as EVP Marketing and Corporate Planning and oversaw all of the firm’s Internet and electronic commerce initiatives. He was also President of GartnerLearning, a $30+mm web-based learning company he led from its early start as a small collection of independent self-paced training technology publishers.  While at Gartner, he also held the position of Research Center Director where he was responsible for Gartner's applications and database development software research and consulting business

Other positions include Managing Director responsible for technology company creation at VennWorks, where he worked in partnership with major international corporate and university technology labs, including those of British Telecom, Delphi Automotive and the University of Texas.  Mr. Bradley also served as VP Marketing & Sales for Nutmeg Systems, an Apple Computer value-added reseller, and held positions in software development and marketing with the New England Technology Group, a spin-off of the M.I.T. Media Lab

Mr. Bradley has served as consultant, advisor and board member to numerous technology and media companies, and has been a prolific industry author and speaker, widely recognized as an expert in the areas of digital music and media, electronic commerce, software development, online education, business process automation and artificial intelligence.  Mr. Bradley has served on and with the boards of several leading technology and media companies, including EC Cubed, KnowledgeSoft, SkillSoft, Revonet, Ontos, Quantrad, Vodium (now Vcall), XY Enterprise (now SDL) and Pandora.
